Your Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Your prompt arrival ensures a relaxing personal experience at Renovation.
Personal Valuables
Please leave your valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property. We do provide keyed lockers if needed.
Gratuities
Renovation, A Medical Spa, can add gratuities to checks or credit card charges. Gratuities are left to the discretion of our clients. For a job well done, most gratuities range from 15 – 20% of the service provided.
Gift Cards
Whatever the occasion, the ideal gift is just a phone call away. These state-of-the-art gift cards are to be used just like a credit card toward services or products. The cards are also re-loadable for any dollar amount.
Methods of Payment

Children and Pets
For the relaxation and serenity of all our guests and the safety of your loved ones, please find care for them before your appointment.
Cellular Phones
To ensure a peaceful journey for all, including yourself, please turn your cell phones off while visiting our spa.
Mail Order Your Products
For added convenience, you may purchase your products or gift certificates over the phone and your order will be mailed out the same day!
Return Policy
It is not always possible to predict how skin will respond to clinical formulations. Should a skin reaction occur, it will be necessary for you to consult with your skin care therapist prior to product exchange or return. Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of purchase and are for spa credit only.
Scheduling Guidelines
When booking multiple services, for Saturday appointments, and for first time guests, a major credit card will be necessary. For Spa Packages, a 50% deposit is required. All deposits are non-refundable.
We realize emergencies occur and will be understanding if last minute changes arise, however, we reserve the right to charge full treatment price for missed appointments without a 24 hour notice.
